W2, 1099 Processing
With over 20 years of experience in the Print & Mail industry, BDS has worked with numerous payroll software providers to establish exports of W2/1099 data from their programs. We pride ourselves on our ability to make our process fit your application.

The BDS Web based system offers you security and peace of mind.  The moment you transfer your data via our secure website, to entry into the mail stream, all data and information is treated as highly confidential.  The BDS Admin Web Site allows you to transfer, view samples and approval all files that you have in-process. You can view production totals and monitor the process of your file as the batch moves through the production process. 

The Print & Mail process is mailed presorted 1st class and via the BDS Admin Web Site, you can track when your file was printed, inserted and mail dropped.  “Fast forwarding” is available to correct “moved to” or “forwarded address’s” before mailing, saving you cost and time delays in returned items.

Your employees can sign up to receive their W2 via E-mail. We can “Brand” a site for you or you can choose to use our W2 Copy web site to enable this service.  Your employees can then request to receive their W2 via Email and then have the ability to reprint there W2 at their convenience.  This site is accessed through a secure web site, is customer coded and password protected.  This has become a very popular feature as it offers your employees the convenience of accessing their W2 information from anywhere while saving you the employer postage expense.

If you prefer to hand deliver your w2’s to your customers, we can then print insert into the envelope and ship back to you for distribution.  We can also sort your file so when they arrive back to you it is in the order you need to get them out quickly to your employees.  We can also do inserts into the envelopes to get important out to your employees as well.

BDS provides a bi-lingual call center beginning February 1st of each year for employees who require a copy of their W2.  The employee or employers are normally charged a small fee for this service.

Other services include special sorts for Hard Copies, Archival CD’s, Federal and State Mag Media processing are just some of the additional services BDS offers.
