Statement Processing:
With over 20 years of experience in the billing industry, BDS has worked with numerous software companies to provide data exports from their programs. We pride ourselves on the flexibility to make our processes fit your application.

The BDS Web based system offers you security and peace of mind.  The moment you transfer your data via our secure site to entry into the mail stream all data and information is treated as highly confidential.  The BDS Admin Web Site allows you to transfer, view samples and approval all files that you have in-process. You can view production totals and monitor the process of your file as your batch moves through the production process. 

24 hours turn around upon approval of the file, printed on either our standard forms or we will assist you in designing custom forms.  All mail is processed Presorted First Class and the postage savings are passed on to you our customer.

At BDS, we pride ourselves on our customer service and the flexibility to add custom features to your billing such as logos, inserts etc.

Once the file has been processed a PDF image of the billing is available on the web site searchable by account number or name.  You can email the statement directly from this PDF or print out a hard copy for your customer as needed. 

BDS is always working to make the billing process smoother and more cost effective.

The ability to check for bad address, forwarded address and merging of like address are just a few of the ways to reduce your postage cost.  A report of all bad, moved or forwarded addresses are posted on the web site so that you can update you files and save future postage.

E Statements:
For your customer’s convenience and to reduce the paper mailing cost, we have provided a registration screen where your customer can sign up for E Statements, view current or up to 12 months of archived statements.  When they register we confirm the ability for them to receive the email, at that time that account is “flagged” so that no paper statement will be printed, an email is automatically sent as soon as the statements are processed advising them that the current statement is available to review. For security your patients must register and then log in to review these statements.

Payment Solutions:
BDS now allows for you to accept major Credit Card processing for most major credit card companies. Even if your practice does not currently have a web site we can set you up to accept payments for services over the web or over the counter.

We can also use this same service for you to make payment plans that will automatically generate the payment as determined by you and your customer. You or your patient can then view their statements history and payments online.

BDS can also “Brand” your payment site so it has all of your own logos and colors to give that “Professional” touch. Your patients go to your website and then click on the link that we provide you and we take it from there.

All of our Payment Solutions files are available on the BDS Admin Web Site, to view, print or research.  We give you and your customer’s access up to 12 months of history.  The entire package is modular; you can pick and choose the options that best meet the needs of your organization today and add to those in the future as you need them.
