The BDS Web based system offers you the security and peace of mind of knowing that your data is transferred via a secure site.  You can view samples, approve the file to process, send special instructions and attach files for inserts to be printed and included with the mailing.

We have an efficient 24 hour turn around upon approval of the file. All mail is processed Presorted First Class and the postage saving is passed on to you, our customer.

At BDS, we pride ourselves on our customer service and the flexibility of in-house programming to meet your special needs.

Once the file has been processed a .pdf image of the billing is available on the web site, searchable by account number or name.  You can email this .pdf directly or print out a hard copy as needed. 

BDS is always working to make the billing process smoother and more cost effective. The ability to check for bad address, forwarded address and merging of like address are just a few of the ways to reduce your postage cost.  A report of all bad, moved or forwarded addresses are posted on the web site so that you can update you files and save future postage. Corrections can be made prior to mailing, or not, at your directions.

Payment Solutions:
Revenue Neutral Credit Card processing for Mastercard/Visa is available.

Our process includes: online credit card and electronic funds transfers, over-the-counter credit card and check payments with updates to the web site for payment history, and an importable file to update the accounts receivable automatically (subject to compatibility with software).  One payment can pay multiple accounts.

Remote deposits: 
We have the ability to scan and electronically deposit all forms of paper checks with next day available funds, updates to the website for payment history and an importable file to update the accounts receivable automatically (subject to compatibility with software).  We also include merchant online access for notifications of returned items and full range of deposit reports for bank reconciliation.  A wide range of programs is available, from small single check scanners with web based application to high speed multiple check batching. we have a program that will suit your business.   

Full Lockbox service: 
For those who want to outsource all of the manual labor of processing payments, we will change the return address to a local P.O. Box and BDS will pick up the mail, electronically deposit the funds and post the payments to the accounts with updates to the web site for payment history and an importable file to update the accounts receivable automatically (subject to compatibility with software).

All of our Payment Solutions files are available on the BDS Admin Web Site, to view, print or research.  We give you access to all previously processed notices or bills. Our website is user friendly with the latest security safeguards. To top it off, the entire package is modular, you can pick and choose the options that best meet the needs of your organization; start with one module and add the others as they are needed.
