Statment Processing
With over 20 years of experience in the billing industry, BDS has worked with numerous software companies to provide data exports from their programs. We pride ourselves on the flexibility to make our processes fit your application.

The BDS Web based system offers you security and peace of mind.  The moment you transfer your data via our secure site to entry into the mail stream all data and information is treated as highly confidential.  The BDS Admin Web Site allows you to transfer, view samples and approval all files that you have in-process. You can view production totals and monitor the process of your file as your batch moves through the production process. 

24 hours turn around upon approval of the file, printed on either our standard forms or we will assist you in designing custom forms.  All mail is processed Presorted First Class and the postage savings are passed on to you our customer.

At BDS, we pride ourselves on our customer service and the flexibility to add custom features to your billing such as graphs, OCR lines and bar codes.

Once the file has been processed a PDF image of the billing is available on the web site searchable by account number or name.  You can email the statement directly from this PDF or print out a hard copy for your customer as needed.

The ability to check for bad addresess, forwarded addresses and merging of like addresess are just a few of the ways to reduceyour postage cost.  A report of all invalid, moved, or forwarded addresses are posted on the web site so that you can update your files and save future postage.

E Statements:
For your customer’s convenience and to reduce the paper mailing cost, we have provided a registration screen where your customer can sign up for E Statements, view current or up to 12 months of archived statements.  When they register we confirm the ability for them to receive the email, at that time that account is “flagged” so that no paper statement will be printed, an email is automatically sent as soon as the statements are processed advising them that the current statement is available.

Payment Solutions:
Revenue Neutral Credit Card processing for most major credit card companies, or special utility rates for Master Card and VISA credit cards.

On line credit card and electronic funds transfers, over the counter credit card and check payments with updates to the web site for payment history and an import file to update the accounts receivable automatically (subject to compatibility with software).  You have the ability to receive payments for “other” charges, i.e. dog license, building permits, traffic tickets etc. with separation on the deposit import file by department.

Remote deposits: 
To scan and electronically deposit all forms of paper checks, next day available funds with updates to the web site for payment history and an importable file to update the accounts receivable automatically (subject to compatibility with software).  Merchant On-Line access for notifications of returned items and full range of deposit reports for bank reconciliation.  Wide range of programs available from small single check scanners with web based application to high speed multiple check batching.     

Full Lockbox service: 
For those who want to outsource all of the manual labor of processing payments we just change the return address to a local P O Box and BDS will pick up the mail, electronically deposit the funds, post the payments to the accounts with updates to the web site for payment history and supply an import file to update the accounts receivable automatically (subject to compatibility with software).

The import files allow you to pick the day and time you import the data, which gives you full control on those “Shut Off” days.

All of our Payment Solutions files are available on the BDS Admin Web Site, to view, print or research.  We give you and your customer’s access up to 12 months of history.  The entire package is modular; you can pick and choose the options that best meet the needs of your organization today and add to those in the future as you need them.
